Document of Equivalence: International students should apply to İl Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğü or Yurtdışı Eğitim Müşavirliği for equivalence.

(C1 Level) TÖMER veya Yunus Emre Enstitüsü Sertifikası Aslı ve Fotokopisi: C1 Level Turkish Language Certificate taken from any universities in Turkey or Yunus Emre Enstitüsü

Student visa taken from Turkey’s Diplomatic Missions: A Copy of the passport page that the student visa is on

Scholarships Commitment Letter: a copy of signed Turkish scholarships commitment letter.

Letter of Invitation: a printed out copy of the e-mail (turkiyeburlari.gov.tr must be seen on the copy) sent by Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities (YTB)
