REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR REGISTRATION OF TURKIYE SCHOLARSHIPS PROGRAM STUDENTS
International Students Registration Form: This registration form should be filled in CAPITAL letters on a computer and a photo must be attached on it. For the form, please Click.
High School Diploma and a Copy of it: Graduation Certificates will not be accepted for registration.
However, in exceptional cases, students who didn’t receive their diplomas from the school they graduated from and applied with Temporary Graduation Certificate must submit their original diplomas to the International Student Unit within 90 (ninety) days from the date of registration.
The registration of the students who do not submit their original diplomas within 90 (ninety) days to the Unit will be deleted from the system.
Document of Equivalence: International students should apply to İl Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğü or Yurtdışı Eğitim Müşavirliği for equivalence. The registration of the students who do not submit their letter of equivalence within 90 (ninety) days to the International Students Unit will be deleted from the system.

(C1 Level) TÖMER veya Yunus Emre Enstitüsü Sertifikası Aslı ve Fotokopisi: C1 Level Turkish Language Certificate taken from any universities in Turkey or Yunus Emre Enstitüsü
Passport and 2 Copies of it In the case of change in Student's name, she/he must submit her/his Certificate of Name Equivalence to the Unit.
Residence Permit (İkamet İzni) and a Copy of it Students who do not have a Residence permit must apply to İl Göç İdaresi and must submit it within 90 (ninty) days to the International Students Unit.

Scholarships Commitment Letter: a copy of signed Turkish scholarships commitment letter.
Letter of Invitation / Acceptance Letter: a printed out copy of the e-mail (turkiyeburlari.gov.tr must be seen on the copy) sent by Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities (YTB)
